SDC Apps Solutions SRL is software development company. This policy describes the information that you will share with us when you use our services. We collect the information to improve your experience with our apps/services and we give you control to access, update and delete your information.

Device information

- Location information: when you use our services, we may collect information about your location. However, we do not do this without your permission. Your permission allows us to collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, Wi-Fi access points and other sensors.
- Camera and Photos: some of our services could contain images or could require information from your device’s camera and photos. For example, you won’t be able to have a profile photo unless we can access your camera or photos.
- Device operations: we should know when an app or a window is backgrounded/foregrounded to provide a different scenario based on actions. For example, if a GPS based application is foregrounded, the information about location will still be provided and you will be informed about this.
- Identifiers: our services may collect some unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers. For example, to be able to receive a notification, we must have a unique identifier.
- Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.
- Device attributes: we should know when something “weird” happened, so we may collect information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, browser type, app and file names and types, plugins, battery level, signal strength and available storage space.
- Content information: we collect content you create on our services, such as a custom card, and information about the content you create or provide, such as metadata.
- Device signals: some of our services are based on sensors, such as Bluetooth or NFC, so we may collect NFC/Bluetooth signals and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons and cell towers.
- Cookie data: we collect data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.
Information from Thirds Parties
We may collect information about you from other users, our affiliates and third parties. Advertisers, app developers, publishers and other third parties may share information with us. We use collected information to provide you the best experience with our services and Products. So, we may personalize content and features for you and here are the ways we do that:

- We may share information about you as part of a merger or acquisition. How long we keep your information
The information you provide to us is kept if they are not modified (including deletion). We store information for longer periods of time:
- We store last known location information so we can personalize and improve your experience.
- We store your account information (like your name, email address, age) and list of friends until you ask us to delete them or until you delete them manually.
- We’re constantly collecting and updating information so we can provide you with more relevant content and advertisements.
If you ever decide to stop using our services and Products, you can just ask us to delete your account for specified service/Product. We will also delete most of the information we’ve collected. We cannot promise that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. There may be legal requirements to store your data and we may need to suspend the deletion if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve content, if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account or content created by you is flagged for abuse or other Terms of Service violations. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period or as required by law.
How can you exercise your rights provided under the GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data. You also have the right to object to and restrict certain processing of your data, including:

- Access and correction: you can access and edit most of your basic account information right in our apps.
- Revoking permissions: in most cases, if you let us use your information, you can revoke your permission by changing the settings on your device if your device offers those options. If you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
- Deletion: if for some reason you want to delete your account, just contact us. You can also delete some information in the app.
- Interact with other users: you can stay in control over whom you interact with, so you can block another user from contacting you again.

Your rights
- Right to deletion: you have the right to request deletion of your data, unless an exception applies. Examples of exceptions include when we need to keep data to meet legal obligations, detect fraud, investigate reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or fix security issues. Upon your verified request, we’ll delete your personal information (unless an exception applies) and will direct our service providers to do the same.
- Right to know who we share your data with: we do not sell your data, but we do share your information with others for legitimate business purposes. For example, we use service providers to store and host your data.

Information We Collect
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information for a wide range of purposes, but the main reason we collect information is to offer you the best possible products and services.
In the last 12 months, we’ve collected the following personal information:
- Identifiers: such as your name, display name, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, username, or other similar identifiers. We mainly use these to offer our services, for example to create your account.
- Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records provisions: such as your name, address, payment number (last 4 digits only). For example, we use this information so you can make in-app purchases. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.
- Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law: such as your age. The main purpose for collecting this information is to verify your age, ensure you are eligible to use our services, and to show you more relevant ads and content.
- Commercial information: such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. For example, we may keep this information when you engage with ads on our platform.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information: such as session logs, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement. For example, we may use logs when something bad happened to find out the problem.
- Geolocation data: such as your physical location. Some services/Products are based on location or use location to provide you the best experience. For example, we use your location to find where are located your friends now.
- Electronic, visual, or similar information: we collect your profile photo, but deletion is still our default with a few exceptions.
- Inferences drawn from other personal information: we may use this information to create a profile reflecting your preferences and characteristics. For example, we’ll use this information to serve you more relevant ads.

For your information, personal information does not include publicly available information from government records and de-identified or aggregated consumer information.
We Don’t Sell Your Data
We don’t sell your data, but we do show ads. We do our best to make these ads relevant, so they’re enjoyable.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your personal information to a third party for a business purpose or at your direction. For example, we share your personal information with our data hosting and storage providers. We enter into agreements with our service providers in which they can only use your information for specific purposes and are required to ensure its confidentiality. Children
Our services are not intended for (and we don’t direct them to) anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
